Xbox one console is not starting

Hi I have been having this problem since yesterday. For the past few weeks the console keeps turning off after about an hour of playing. I didn't think too much about it. The original adapter I bought from the US didn't work in India so I had to use an Indian
made one.

Since yesterday the console doesn't start. Initially it started and turned off in a minute. Now the light comes on and turns off immediately.

Please tell me what to do. Thanks

Xbox One console not starting up.

this morning, i tried to turn on my xbox and noticed that it took longer than usual to start up. after it finally booted up, the screen went black. then shortly after that happened, the console just turned off.

i have tried holding down the power button and restarting it, but it hasn't work.

someone please help!

 

Xbox One is not starting up

For a couple of weeks, I've been getting troubles with the Xbox One console performance. Post here http://forums.xbox.com/xbox_support/xbox_one_support/f/4269/t/2093888.aspx.

But now I can't even start-up the system. My power brick is currently connected to the wall,
but it was always connected to a voltage regulator before. Whenever I try to turn it on, it will do the sound of boot as always,
then it will make the sound as if I pressed the disc eject button (without ejecting it),
then it will do the sound of the console turning off. After this, on the screen it shows the Xbox One green loading screen, but in a bad quality display and it disappears. Finally, it turns off and the power brick, as usual, changes to orange
after the white light. What's the problem?

 

Questions about this case:

1.) Where was your console bundle purchased?

2.) Have you tried to plug in the compatible region power supply unit alone to your power outlet for any LED colors? It should have orange/white. Orange=stand by, white=in use.

If it gives solid orange light by plugging in the power supply unit alone, also stays orange for long period; it means your PSU is just fine. Most likely the console needs to be repaired.

Alternate troubleshooting step: Unplug and re-plug process. That is to unplug all the cable wires, power supply unit and anything connected to console. Let it stay unplugged for 1 minute then reconnect the wires back.

If it does the same issue, you may contact support or may want to send in the console for repair by creating a ticket at myservice.xbox.com

 

I purchased it in the US.

I tried to unplug all the wires and replug it. So I think the console is the problem. Is there a repair center here in India?
