Xbox One Console- HDMI Port is not working and there is no support from Microsoft

I have been not able to use XBOX One console for three months due to the sudden death of HDMI video output port. I have tried several option to reach out to customer care but no ways I can get.

Could someone help how to reach out to the Support team and get my HDMI port sorted it out.

How the Xbox One works with being able to control the TV is that the Xbox One has a HDMI In port and a HDMI Out port. If a person had a cable set-top box, they would take the HDMI cable from that and plug it into the HDMI In port on the Xbox One, and then
connect an HDMI cable to the HDMI Out port and connect that to the TV.

In your case, I think it could only work if your TV had both a HDMI Out port and a HDMI In port. If this is the case, which I don't ever think I've heard of a thing for just a TV (I guess it could be possible), then you would go from the TV's HDMI Out port
to the Xbox One's HDMI In port and from the Xbox One's HDMI Out port to the TV's HDMI In port.

Try the following:

Reconnect your console and TV as follows:

Remove any devices placed between the console and the TV.

Connect the HDMI cable from the back of the Xbox 360 console directly into the HDMI port of the HDTV or monitor.

If you are using an audio-only A/V cable, unplug this cable, and then connect the HDMI cable from the back of the console directly into the HDMI port of your HDTV or monitor.

If this doesn't work, contact Xbox Support.

Did you make sure that the TV is connected to the correct HDMI port on the back of the console, there is two ports on the back of the Xbox One console one for HDMI in from cable / satellite TV box, and one that outputs the signal to the TV.

have you tried the hdmi cable in port 2 on the back of the monitor apparently one hdmi port supports more that the other.

You have to use the HDMI 2 port as that’s the only port that supports 4k@60

freesync will not work with xbox though, that is only supported on the display port.
