    Good morning. I logged on to my xbox yesterday to put on netflix for my son and I was told that my xbox has been banned. Can someone please contact me so this can be resolved as I have not ever done anything to violate any of Microsoft rules or regulations.

    The only place to reach the enforcement team is via
    their website    . You will be able to find out the reason there however console bans cannot be appealed.

    No one is console banned for no reason, period. If you indeed have been console banned there is no avenue for appeal and no one in the forum can assist with any console or account Enforcement. Go to the Enforcement website and log in to see any action taken
    against your account. There will be a message on the console when trying to log in to Xbox Live if the console has been banned.
