Xbox One Console (Halo 5 Edition) get banned without any reason... please help me.....

Hello, my new Xbox One (Halo 5 Guardians Edition) get banned without a reason.

A few days ago I played some Halo 5 in the morning and at the evening I get banned... but I dont know why....

please help me....

Halo 5

In novemeber 2015 I bought the limited halo 5 edition console, I created my account universeofgames. I did not like the gamertag and I didn't use my real email address. After months I created my main xbox one account sniperlyfe0001. I already used my universeofgames
account to download halo 5. Today I had few problems with my network connection, so xbox support told me restore my xbox without telling me I would loose my account. I did restore my xbox. I was not able to remember any of details of my universeofgames account.
I asked for help, xbox support told me come here. I have receipt for halo 5 console and every evidence. Please Please can I get a code for halo 5 .

If you ban was an xbox live ban you will need to log in to the enforcement forums enforcement.xbox.com/Home

Bans in halo are automated. Most commonly happens from team killing, even if they caused their own death you get the penalty. Quitting mid match also will effect you.

If it's an Xbox live ban it could also be related to either of those but depending if you use a mic people may report you for language as well. Best thing you can do is just be a good sport no matter how bad a match may be. The ban will only be temporary
in the game and on Xbox live. Best of luck and hope your ban ends soon.

I got the Halo Editions for th 360 (Reach and Halo 4 or 5) and the Xbox One X Scorpio Edition.

I hope they will have a Halo edition of the next generation of Xbox. Would get that on day one ;-)
