Xbox one console doesn't work with system error.

"Hi! My xbox one shown "System error: E105 00000000 8007045D and cannot work while I open it this morning. It has two sqare (sounds like a button, but no response through my gamepad), One in Green with a white circle arrow "Restart this Xbox" and
the other in grey shown "Solve Problem". I have hold the power button for few seconds on the console to restart it but in vain. Screen remain the same. Could you help me to settle it. Many thanks in advance. [Mod Removed - Personal Information]

Thanks for the reaching out here in Xbox Forums! I'm sorry to hear about the issue with error code E105. I recommend
trying a power cycle
of the console.

If the problem persists, try doing a
soft factory reset of the console,
Reset and keep games and apps to help reset the operating system. Please note before doing this troubleshooting step, make sure to know your email and passwords for your Xbox profiles.

Since the console is not responding properly by providing the different menus. We are going to approach this differently.

Try this:

Power off your console, and then unplug the power cord to ensure that the console is completely powered off.
Wait 30 seconds, and then plug the power cord back in.
Press and hold the
BINDbutton (located below the Xbox button on the console) and the
EJECTbutton (located on the front of the console), and then press the
Xboxbutton on the console.
Continue holding the
BINDand
EJECTbuttons for 10-15 seconds.
Listen for two “power-up” tones a couple of seconds apart. You can release the
BINDand
EJECTbuttons after the second power-up tone.
The console should power up and take you directly to the Xbox Startup Troubleshooter.
Select Reset this Xbox
Select Reset this Xbox and Keep Games and Apps

Try this out and let us know the results.

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely.
Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes.
Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

Can you follow the troubleshooter here? https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-one/console/system-updates-solution It will have a solution for that E102 error you're seeing. If that solution doesn't work, start the troubleshooter over and perform the Offline
System Update process.

Performing an offline system update method is one of the last resort fixes one can make on their Xbox, assuming you have the

E(###) error.

If it doesn't work, your console will need to be sent in for repair. You can schedule a repair
