Xbox one console doesn't read my Ethernet cable anymore.

Anyway I have problem with the Ethernet cable, Xbox doesn't see the cable, it says to attach it, even if it's already into the console. I changed three cables and I've already changed the console to the shopper. Also the second console S doesn't see the
Ethernet cable but wifi works normally.Microsoft support says me that, probably, is a problem with the Ethernet port on the console but it's impossible that I have bought two console S with this same problem!

I’m having the same issue my Xbox series s all of a sudden it doesn’t connect to the network while it’s wired I checked the Ethernet cable and it works fine with other consoles so it’s not the Ethernet cable I don’t know what to do anymore

i also have a netgear router worked fine for a couple years but haven't been able to get on live for almost a week even tried plugging ethernet cable strait to modem,cables all work router works laptop works xbox console doesn't, my xbox doesn't get online
or even detect ethernet cable?

The Ethernet cable will determine if it's a console / network situation or an wireless adapter situation, you won't use it permanently through Ethernet it's just know if works that way

Regarding the games, ok doesn't read disc, but has games on the hard drive, are original or not?

This has happened to me multiple times and it has turned to the point where it happened every few minutes and I couldn't play at all. I realized my WiFi was the issue and not my xbox. I then purchased a Ethernet Cable and it doesn't happen anymore. I highly
recommend buying one and seeing the difference.
