Xbox one console complaint

i have as of yesterday had my Xbox one console replaced under warranty for the second time because of a broken disk drive. This is now my 3rd console since launch and I am not very happy that my £439 console can't last six months. it is highly inconvenant
having to take my console back to the retailer each time it stops reading disks as I live far away from the town.

I have been an Xbox gamer since the original Xbox and I am not happy with the quality of service I have received. I am now very concerned that when my warranty runs out I will be left with a costly bill to fix my console if it breaks again. I have lost
all confidence in the machine and am considering exchanging it for a ps4.

I am highy disappointed.

Xbox Owners Club: Xbox a Year Review

I'm very pleased with my console. I got the Xbox One standard Edition with Kinect a week after launch. It is overall, a good console. My only complaints right now is that of the Kinect. Otherwise, I use the console a lot more then my ps4.

An honest opinion on the Xbox controller

I respect his opinion on the matter and all others. Well either way, I have no complaints on the controller. I have Xbox one and I am enjoying it. For me the new controller is more ergonomic and lightweight compared to the previous controllers for xbox 360.Click to expand...

Same here, no complaints with the new console and the controller. I have some issues with Kinect before but that was fixed.

Hi Socks, CIS is correct in saying that you do not ''Call Out'' Other players on the Forums. The only system in place to deal with issues such as this is to File a complaint via you xbox console. The Complaints team review each complaint one by one and will
deal with this alleged cheater accordingly.

@Visage, I'm fairly certain they don't even guarantee the exact same model. If they don't have any limited edition ones in stock then you won't get a replacement limited edition. They do what they can, but there's reasonable limits. I also find it amusing
how many people get sent to the forums for things that the forums have literally nothing to do with.

@Ralak, You can try setting up another repair and hoping you get a better one, or you can send a letter to Microsoft Corporation One Microsoft Way Redmond, WA 98052-7329, that's pretty much the extent of your options.
