Xbox one console banned

Hi my xbox one has been console banned and I was told everyone I talked to to post here. I have been an xbox live user for many years and when I popped on today to play with my friends my xbox one was banned with no explanation only saying that it is permanent.
I've had this xbox since launch and am very upset. I went on my old xbox 360 that I haven't touched in 3 years only to find out that it has been console banned too. I was shocked as I had never heard of an xbox one being console banned and even scarier a
three year old xbox 360 was banned as well. I would like to get this ban lifted and can provide my serial number and anything else if need be. Since more than one xbox got banned I am also wondering if any new xbox I purchase will suffer the same fate. Anyway
i'm praying that this issue can be solved asap

It's not a permenant ban but those that have received a retail console early and connected it to the net have had it banned.

No, if you are sold the Xbox one via a store and you did nothing wrong, you will not be banned. They broke the terms, not you. Xbox is not banning people playing early.

Secondly, yes, as a new member I'd expect that, but ive already found a trade off one of my regular forums. Just a friend recomended this place so I thought I'd try it.

Thirdly, dev consoles are different and cant connect to XBL at all. However, doesnt mean devs dont have early access to retail consoles.

And finally, all review consoles are retail versions. Plenty of those exist. Hence how I got mine.Click to expand...

They are banning people but only until release when the console is unbanned.

I find it hard to believe your Xbox was banned with "no explanation". (check your email) With that said, if it's a console ban, it won't be reversed. Just by a new console... and behave. They're pretty cheap these days.

The only way to get a ban removed is to file a case review and let the enforcement team review it Xbox Enforcement | How Do I But you need to realize that
you agreed to Xbox live code of conduct when you signed up for your account.

Console bans are not eligible for a case review.

Considering this thread is from 6 months ago & the op is playing on a xbox one at the time I posted this & has been for a while I suspect they have moved on.

Is one of the consoles banned from Xbox Live? You can't move profiles or saved games from a banned console to a non-banned one; they'll show as corrupt.

You can also get a console privilege suspension if you keep getting banned/suspended which means any account on that console will have the same punishment as the suspended account,even new accounts.

100 day suspensions & console suspensions are pretty much the final warning & last chance to stop breaking the rules.

Console bans are still a thing. If he hasn't been permanently banned yet, he will most likely be soon.

Console bans don't carry over from console to console so if you get an xbox one for xmas it wont be banned.

abuse that may be coming from that console, usually in the form of repeated harassment from accounts that use that console.
