xbox one console banned

i have been console banned but i didn't get a warning and i don't even know for what i'm have been banned for and how long. hope someone can help me out

It's not a permenant ban but those that have received a retail console early and connected it to the net have had it banned.

They are banning people but only until release when the console is unbanned.

there are no warnings given the 'warning' is the TOS you agreed to that says what you can and cannot do on the Live service before playing. there is no appeal or lifting of console bans, the only thing you can do is buy a non banned console and log into
your account on it.

Nope. Xbox wont unban the console if you buy it. Console band remain in place regardless of ownership.

I got console banned while playing on and account, if I buy a new xbox and use the same account will my new xbox get console banned? Or will it not
