    I was banned for something I don't know. And, if I did something wrong, wasn't the intention, 'cause I don't have money to buy other console, then I always try to play original games and make the right thing.

    It's not a permenant ban but those that have received a retail console early and connected it to the net have had it banned.

    I couldn't find any information. Only my console was banned indefinitely. I don't know what I did for it happens and I hope it be resolved.

    Since it's a console ban and not an account ban, that's why it's not listed on the enforcement site. You can find information about console bans here - Xbox Enforcement | How Do I
    but there is no way to contact the enforcement team regarding console bans.

    Two support attendants told me that I could talk to Enforcement Team about my console ban throught my comment in this forum.Why would he lie to me?

    Is one of the consoles banned from Xbox Live? You can't move profiles or saved games from a banned console to a non-banned one; they'll show as corrupt.

    You can also get a console privilege suspension if you keep getting banned/suspended which means any account on that console will have the same punishment as the suspended account,even new accounts.

    100 day suspensions & console suspensions are pretty much the final warning & last chance to stop breaking the rules.

    Console bans don't carry over from console to console so if you get an xbox one for xmas it wont be banned.
