Xbox one console ban

yesterday, 8-3-17, my son's xbox one got a console ban. We've gotten no answers as too why it happened. It's not nodded and it has never been opened up. We've got no emails as to why this has happened just the run around about their secret team who does
the banning and that there's no way to contact them. It's bs. I've offered to send it back so they can actually see that it's never been opened and tampered with. We wouldn't want to void the warranty. Microsoft is in the wrong. I will push this to the full
extent that I can. It'll either get unbanned or I'll push to get everything we've put into this p.o s. refunded. Your choice xbox. Either I get some answers or David's gonna take down goliath.

It's not a permenant ban but those that have received a retail console early and connected it to the net have had it banned.

They are banning people but only until release when the console is unbanned.

 

Wrong place to get any conversation with Microsoft.

 

There are many reasons why a console can be banned.

Modding or opening the console up is only two of them.

No one here can tell you why.

Best check your junk emails because you would of been sent one telling you why.

You may want to have a word with your son, the most common reason for consoles/accounts getting banned is that the person using the console has either sent offence messages or they have said something offensive over the chat system.

Also you may want to check your terms and conditions, Microsoft has the right to ban accounts/consoles with no refund to the person owning the console. you agreed to it when you started using the console so.....................ye, good luck getting a refund.

 

Do you always speak for MS or do you just like "pretending" you're an official spokesman for them? You do know that you can get banned for that... right? lol

If MS is as bad as you pretend they are, your "reported" post should take care of you. Guess we'll see if they allow you to stay.

 

No pretending whatsoever... Does buying, setting up an xbox one console not compell you to agree with ToU/CoC?

By visiting MS's website, does it not say that by visiting the website that you agreed to allow tracking cookies?

Does MS not look for more ways to ban people, hardware etc?

Yes, unlike me who reported you for name calling, You can't be fined by the powers that be, but I can and for any reason or no reason at all... You're powerful. So powerful in fact that it actually scares me.
