Xbox One Console Ban for no Reason - Enforcement team

Hello There!

I just went online on my xbox one and it tells me that my xbox got banned from xbox live. I talked to the support and they told me to post on the forums because they don't have any access to this. They told me that my xbox got banned for modifications but
i can promise that i didn't modificate anything on my xbox, nothing!

So can somebody please help me out. I bought this xbox 2 years ago and never had any problem with it. The support can't help me out either and I'm not willing to buy a new xbox because i haven't done anything wrong.

We aren't able to assist with Enforcement questions here on the forums. Console bans are taken extremely seriously by the Enforcement team and aren't issued without solid reason. Once a console ban is issue your only option is to purchase a new Xbox One as
there is no option to submit a case review. For more information on how the Enforcement team operates please check out

Is it just me or does anyone else think the enforcement team has WAY to much power? They're completely autonomous from xbox and Microsoft. They seem to answer to no one due to the fact that no one at Microsoft or xbox can give you a way to contact them other
than the forums. The enforcement team can ban your account and or console for any reason at any time and give absolutely no reason or proof that you did anything worth being banned for.

Besides from that, no one in the Forums can give you more Info. The Enforcement Team is seperate from Support and just responding to Case Reviews.

In the Article stated above is a note stated:

Note: Currently, Xbox device bans are not eligible for Case Review.

I overlooked that in the first place, sorry.

Console ban Actions are very rare and only taken after careful investigations. So there needed to be some forbidden Action ongoing on your Console.

At this Moment you cant do anything about it. They wont lift the Ban up, nor can Support here do anything about it.

It is unbelievable that i can't do anything about it, its like, yes we ban your console and you can't even show us that we were wrong. I did nothing wrong and neither modificated anything.

 

The xbox enforcement team is probably the most hated bunch of unjust bigoted self riteous ignorant pigs that work for a major company, i wouldnt be surprised if people out there have their named written on bullets or a barrel of gas.
