    Hi!

    Recently my Xbox One console has become very slow and when logging in and when I'm on the starting menu not everything will load and it is overall a very slow progress to move between different parts of the menu and sometimes (quite often) it freezes for
    a few minutes. A part from that a lot of my games won't even start and are just stuck on the loading screen.

    Thank you ahead for any tips or ideas on how to solve my slow menu and games not working!

    All they have showed us was the dashboard and some app features. They haven't even begun to show us the games and gaming capabilities. If they had a press conference only showing us the 360 dashboard and apps it would be the same way. Wait until E3 before
    you jump to conclusions. If they disappoint you there, then feel free to be upset. As of now we know nothing.

    Please try power cycling the console by holding the power button on it for 10 seconds till it shuts down.

    If this doesn't work then do a
    factory reset on the console    . There's an option to keep installed games and apps so you won't need to redownload them and your saves are safe on the Cloud.
