Xbox One Console and Account Enforcement actions

I have case numbers here for you to review please.

Forum Guidelines] 6/05/17 (day of ban) told it would be a 24 hour console ban on my NEW xbox

Forum Guidelines] Today told it would be a 1 month console ban and she didn't know why its not just the 24 hour.

THERE IS 0 EXPLANATION ON ENFORCEMENT ON THE SITE ON ANY OF MY ACCOUNTS.

Please look into this as quick as possible. I was assured it was only a 24 hour ban. If it goes longer im going to just sell the darn console full and buy a playstation. Xbox just put a very bad taste in my mouth.

You need to pose your question about this in one of the enforcement forums to get an answer to your question:

Reference numbers are only used by phone and chat support and should not actually be posted on the forums. The enforcement team does not use the forums and there is no way to contact them concerning console bans. Console bans are never 24 hours. They're

Well both agents told me to contact you here and there is no information regarding my ban. Why do I keep being lied to now? Why cant xbox get it together? They also told me to send the codes here.

 

Support doesn't handle enforcement issues so they do not have correct information. They also do tend to send people to the forums with incorrect information when it's something they don't handle directly.

As Smwutches mentioned, The Enforcement teams don't use the forums at all and they only communicate through a
Case Review. To clarify, 24 Hour communications suspensions and Console Suspensions are not reviewable however. You can find more information in these cases through the communication
sent by the teams to the email address associated with your Xbox Live Gamertag.

Remember that all suspensions are only enforced when a breach of the Code of Conduct or Terms of Service has happened. For more information on Console Suspensions, you'll want to check out

You'll want to double check your spam folders as well to make sure it didn't fall by the wayside.
