Xbox One Console Accessories & Apps Keeps Crashing!

Hi, i have been having this same issue and tried doing a system restore while jeeping games and apps along with all the other steps outlined... the Xbox accessories app continues to crash and not let me button my my elite controller

Thanks for reaching out to the forums for advice on how to hopefully attend to this issue with your Accessories app coming up. I can totally understand how this could be pretty distressing an issue to deal with for anyone but hopefully we can point you towards
a resolution. I would kick off troubleshooting by going to Settings> Devices and Streaming> Blu-ray> persistent storage in the Xbox One Guide and clearing that three times. Once
that has been done, go to Settings> General> Network Settings> Advanced Settings> Alternate MAC address, clearing that and letting your console restart.

If that does not do the trick you might want to go for a factory reset of the console. We do have two different types, the one that keeps your games and apps installed and the more thorough one that wipes those off. When you get the chance, I
suggest following the steps outlined in our support page entitled How to reset your console to factory defaults on Xbox
One and selecting the option denoted reset and keep my games & apps.

Afterwards let us know if that helped out.
