If you can get a Day 1 Edition from Maplins in the UK for £350.00 AND a free copy of either "FIFA '14" or "Forza 5" then good on you...

But you can't.

You can get a gameless XBox ONE.

Throw in the price of the game and you've lost £30.00.

Ignore Maplin and look at the "Titanfall" for free with the ONE for £399.99.

Again you've lost £30.00.

If money is so tight that you're feeling betrayed by a £30.00 price cut perhaps you should have saved up some more money before throwing £429.99 at an XBox ONE.

Not sure how you managed to get to that? I think the price has been reasonable and with increased drops I sure as hell wish I wouldn't of paid for one of the X1's at launch but I don't regret it at all.

 

Yeah I must admit I didn't expect it to drop £350 this quickly and kind of wish I waited, but that's my own fault for being impatient. But it's done now and I'm not too bothered about it, I've enjoyed it since I got it.

£350 is the same price as the other console, and seeing as you get Kinect with it's a good price for it.

Sometimes they drop the price to get your attention and get you shopping there.

Great deal if you can get yourself one.

 

Its a web only deal and you can guarantee they`re out of stock.

Either that or its old stock that doesn`t have the free titanfall game,making the price the same as if you have to buy it separately.

They wouldn`t sell any at £399 without the free game.

 

That's one of the pluses of buying your games at places that aren't really renowned as electronics stores.

Supermarkets used to be great as they're constantly working with an ever changing stock list.

As games get older... they might hold their value in the GAME shop... but on the supermarket shelf they often get slashed in price because they have a mentality that the stock is "old" and needs to be shifted to make way for new stock.

 

I would pay £250 - £300 for an XB1... I felt robbed when i bought one for £430.

 

You couldn't figure your ONE out in the 24 hours you owned it for.

I doubt even a price drop is gonna change that for you.

 

Had one for 3 days actually it was terrible.

 

Remove Kinect, sell it for £350 with a bundled game. There ya go Microsoft, problem solved.

 

Remove Kinect and the entire console and controller cost around £80 to manufacture. Xboned.
