Xbox one connexion problem

Hey guys, recently I got a big problem with my xbox one, the connexion during the game was terrible and the connexion with the controllers was worst. I tried anythings possible for my controller, I have change the batteries, I have restart many times my
xbox, I have made all the controller update, I used cable and after this, every time I try to use my xbox, when the controller finish to connect, it's take like 2 minutes to disconnect again and I have put away every things who could make interference with
the connexion. So finally when I'd check to call the tech. serviced, they said to me to send a post, when I have try every tips of the website. My xbox is under warranty for few more months, so what can I do ?!

Forced to reset internet box every session !

Hi everyone,

bought an Xbox one X on the very first day and have a wierd connexion problem...

i use an ethernet cable on it...

but the only way i can really connect in order to play is to reset multiple time my RedBox (SFR) AND the Xbox one X until it finally works -_- (and it can take up to 30mn or more! at 30mn i just quit...)

the wierd thing when i'm testing the internet connexion with the xbox one x ::

- connexion test :: OK !

- connexion multiplayer :: NO internet connexion ! (wtf?)

it seems that there isn't such a problem with my other consoles or PC...

Clearly i can't continue this way, could someone help me please ?

 

My Xbox One S doesn't fo Online

Hey , i have a problem with my Xbox One S , since a few days (3-4 days) my Xbox One S doesn't want to go Online ...

It's not because of my connection , My Computer Is Online et my PS4 is online too.

I have this problem only on my XBox one S , i tried to : - Restard my internet connexion , Clear the Xbox's , etc...

But it doesn't work , PLEASE HELP i can't PLAY ONLINE BECAUSE MY XBOX DOESN'T WANT to connect to my Internet connexion ...

Paul from Xbox Forums Team here to assist with the issue, It looks like you're experiencing some connection issues with the controllers. What I recommend doing is performing a

Power Cycle on the Xbox One. That should help fix the issue, if it does not another thing to try is possibly doing a

soft factory reset. When doing the reset choose the option that says keep my games and apps, that will be the soft factory reset option. After performing the soft factory reset and the issue still persists then perform a full factory reset by removing everything.
If the issue still persists after all the troubleshooting then the last thing to do is perform a repair on the console. To do so I recommend
Contacting Support. I hope this information was helpful.
