Xbox One connects to XBL but fails to work

    Xbox One connects to XBL but fails to work


    My Xbox One will connect to XBL but it won't do anything after that. For example, if I try to play a game online, I can't connect to the game servers. or if I try to use any of my apps (Netflix, Hulu) they'll connect, but not play anything. Nor can I connect
    to the online game store or xbox movies. Yet, I'm still connected to XBL. If I run a network test or a multiplayer test, it says "it's all good" but nothing changes. This has been going on for a few days. no problems for a month, then this. Every day. I'm
    about to cancel my subscription, not that Xbox cares, but still, it's worthless right now.

    Suggestions?

    360 wont connect to xbl

    No problems untill about three days ago out of nowhere. My connection is fine for all other devices including xbox one. But my 360 connection fails at connect to xbl stage

    Please help, connection issues

    Hi. I cannot connect to XBL on my xbox. I have no issues connecting on here, but when I test my connection, XBL fails each time. I've tried the troubleshoot of restoring network to default to no avail. What can I do?

    Please check in the network settings if there's an alternate MAC adress configured and if so please delete it and then try again.

    I'd love to use Xbox LIVE but...

    Don't think it has anything to do with the adapter. I'm using a wired connection plugged directly into the modem from the xbox... pass all tests, but fail to connect to XBL.

    Tryed 2 HHDs/2 Profiles both cant get DL (8015190E)

    Internet Connection is fine, XBL Network test is failing.

    Sup Fitzer, I tried to connect directly to modem but xbl didnt work at all when I did that. And doesn't 'more info' only come up if the test fails? When I run the test it says it's all connected, no errors.

    Yes reported to isp and no fault found. Speed test to isp conbection works fine. Its the speed test to xbl servers that fail.

    Its my connection to mucrosoft servers that has the problem.

    Seems to be working ok today though.
