Xbox One connects to the internet, but it doesnt connect.

I have a couple tricks but just to make sure you reset your modem/router or anything like that first off, make sure to also undo the Coaxial cable too.

Under settings disk and blu-ray, then blu ray find persistent storage and reset that 3 times, then under network settings advanced settings reset your mac address which will also cause a restart of the console, sometimes its just that simple but if not let

Try a complete shutdown of the console. While it is shutdown, turn off your router/modem for 5-10 minutes then turn it back on. Wait for about 15 minutes and then restart the Xbox. Is the Xbox connecting wirelessly or with a wired connection? Under your
network settings, check the connection to Xbox Live.

Testing multiplayer connection doesnt work but when test internet connection it says, cant connect to the internet

Try to set everything on automatic again and enable the uPnP in your router. See if that will help you. Take the time to look at this post.
