Xbox one connects but doesn't connect...?

Ok, the problem I essentially have is that I can connect to my wireless internet but my Xbone goes to
[Mod Removed - see Guidelines] upon trying to access any online features. It connects, more or less, just fine but takes a sharp dip down with trying to go to the in-console store, connect to a game online, download anything, or at times test
its own connection. I legit don't know what else to do. And before any starts spitting things to do, I have done the following (and a few multiple times):

Turn off Modem and Router.

Turn off Xbone.

Do a cache clear.

Soft Reset.

Called Xbox support.

Switched WiFi's.

Called my Internet provider, they said nothing was wrong by the way.

Before y'all say to try a couple blaring things listed, I can't:

Switched to wired. (Ethernet is non-existent in my house...unfortunately.)

Change the cables. (Have no replacements for console or modem/router.)

Get a new modem/router. (only the console shows problems.)

I've problem missed a few things but if mentioned I might have some insight to it.

Problems started developing around July 4th to the point where I am now. And the internet connection tests say I'm all good so that adds to my irritation.

The only error code if seen is 0x1000000000000000 thats 15 zeros and I haven't found ANYTHING for it. Either its obscure or exclusive to me but that followed a We're not sure what's wrong message before I did a soft reset.

Thanks if ya got input or possible solutions. For all I know the [Mod Removed - Inappropriate] things old and could be on its deathbed...somewhat.

Hi!

Is the WiFi signal reliable and stable?

It is necessary to understand if on the router the 2.4Ghz or 5Ghz mode is active (both active isn't so good). It may be helpful to change the WiFi channel from the router, there may be other devices that cause congestion in the network with same channel.

Thanks for reaching out to us in the forums for this issue. What I would typically recommend to troubleshoot any random disconnections from Xbox Live is our Xbox
One Disconnect Solution, and if you've already done some of the solutions that it recommends, then you may try the ones that you've haven't yet.

Further, I'd recommend looking into trying out the Ethernet (hard wired) option to see if this is something going on with the console itself or your connection to your network. Please bear in mind that with a WiFi connection you can run into issues with
signal due to distance from the network hardware or interference from structures within the home, as well as other devices.

Give the troubleshooting a go and let us know the results.

i believe she means internet access as in the one xbox has a wired connection and the other one doesn't have anything and doesn't have wireless connection, thus meaning only one xbox can be played on LIVE which is the one thats connected

Hi nvsss58,

I believe that model 1537 is the first gen of Xbox One controllers, it does not have Bluetooth connectivity. When connecting to the Xbox it uses 2.4ghz to connect.

The Bluetooth capable controllers are from model 1708 (released 2016) onwards.

unfortunately it doesn't work with all tvs, i have two tvs and one connects with the xbox the other doesn't.
