Xbox One connects and disconnects from internet rapidly while using wireless

This sounds like a familiar problem I had with one of my controllers a while ago. I found that the connection with the wireless adapter was much more reliable.

I recommend you have the PC forget the bluetooth connection with the controller, and have the controller depend only on the connection with the wireless adapter. When you disconnect the controller from the PC, it's possible that it will blink as though it is not connected to anything--this is okay.

Just reconnect to the wireless adapter only, without going through the bluetooth settings on your PC, by:

1. Press and hold the connection button on your controller until the Nexus button blinks rapidly
   
2. Press and hold the wireless adapter's connection button until the indicator light on it blinks rapidly
   
3. Wait a few seconds for the controller and adapter to find each other, and for the blinking to slow down and stop, indicating a successful connection

I've had this similar problem while viewing Netflix from my 360. Also while playing games halfway through an online match it will disconnect I used to think it was poor wireless internet connection but I now have a wired connection and my internet itself
doesn't disconnect just the xbox from xbox live. Most of the time after I disconnect I can re-connect easily because the internet still works and never went out it just disconnects every 15-30 minutes sometimes every 5, it seems completely random. I have
also deleted and cleared my system cache and reset my xbox/router and checked my speed and every other possible solution. Everything is fine with my internet, my profile simply disconnects randomly,

Thanks for the update! This is a seriously weird issue.

1. Are you running a wired or wireless internet connection to your console?
2. If you're running wired, can you unplug the wire (while your console is on, so it disconnects you from Xbox Live) then turn your console off?
   
3. If you're running wireless, can you disconnect from your router (or just unplug your router temporarily)?
   
4. Does your console still act like it's downloading something in the background while not connected to the internet?
   

I'm wondering if completely disconnecting your console from the internet will make the issue stop. If it does, it looks like your console is trying to download/upload something every time you turn it off, so we'll need to figure out what that is.

"am I being stupid".... No, everyone has trouble from time to time. But, let me suggest following up with a couple of things, "Connect a wireless
Xbox One controller to your console" and "Xbox One Wireless Controller disconnects or can't connect" . Let us know if you continue to have
issues connecting the controller to your Xbox.

"My xbox is connected by wire and computer is running wireless."

I currently have it connected via wire. Wireless or not it still has random disconnects.

And i know im not fully disconnected from the internet because i can sign back in right away.
