Xbox One Connection Troubles

Hello,

My Xbox One was working fine for awhile online, when one day it just stopped working. I have gold and live memberships and was playing BF1. I went to Network Settings and tested the internet, running fine. So I went back to the game, still is asking me
to connect to the internet. when I press "X" to connect, nothing happens. So everything is running fine and I even tried a direct connect from the router, still no effect. I reset the router, no effect. I restarted the Xbox, no effect. I am at a loss
on what to do, so any help is welcome. Thank you!

Xbox One having connection trouble.

Hi, recently my xbox one has been acting weird. It has a dramatically different download rate between when it is in sleep mode vs powered on.

When I have it turned on it will roughly download 700mb/hr, but when it is in sleep mode it will do about 4gb/hr. My NAT is open and it running on wireless under the same conditions.

It hasn't really been a problem until recently. It is now it been affecting my connection in game and I cant play a game without lag. I have never had this issue before. It there a setting on the xbox that I might have changed?
