Xbox One Connection - Strict NAT, Unable to Connect to Destiny

I have an Xbox One that recently started to have issues connecting to Xbox Live, multi-player services (such as Destiny), etc. I recently moved but after the move I originally only had issues with my NAT bouncing back and forth from strict to moderate which
surprisingly created very little issues. However since yesterday things have changed. I was receiving a number of errors such as strict NAT, Teredo IP issues and not being able to play multi-player games like Destiny at all. I'm quiet familiar with port forwarding
and have done so in the past with little to no issues. I also am the administrator for my network so I have complete control over it, other than what my ISP provider does not allow me to do (Comcast). Below is my current configuration;

Xbox One;

Static IP address - 192.168.0.6

Subnet Mask - 255.255.255.0

Gateway IP address - 192.168.0.1

Primary DNS - 75.75.75.75

Secondary DNS - 75.75.75.76

Note: I did check to ensure that my modem/router was setup to accept the Xbox One as a static IP entity and it's setup.

Connection Configuration;

Motorola **** SURFboard SBG6782-ACH (Modem)

Connection type - Wireless (full signal strength)

Firewall - Medium setup, opened ports and bypassed firewall for Xbox one ports listed in section below.

Port Forwarding & Firewall Bypass;

53 TCP/UDP

80 TCP

88 UDP

500 UDP

3074 TCP/UDP

3544 UDP

4500 UDP

Note: Xbox One (suggested ports here). I did not port forward Destiny (suggested
ports here) yet as I'm unable to port forward a range of ports because I keep getting a error "The Local Start Port must be less than or equal to the Local End Port.". This is a new router to me so I'm hoping that I'm making a simple mistake.

Can't find wireless network

Wired connection seems to work.

NAT is showing as 'strict'. Wonder why the wireless is playing up.

 

Dedicated servers? Then why the lag and connection advantages?

Things like crappy hardware and strict NAT types are a person's own problem. Server can't fix a shit connection.

 

Disabled my firewall and there seemed to have been NO issues as of now which suggests that it's an issue with the firewall and the settings that I'm using to correct the issue. However what I did notice is that NAT type was considered open in the Xbox One
Settings section but however when I logged into Destiny I received an error message stating that I was under a Strict NAT and that I should check their website for support. I do not live at a campus, I live in a house that I own so I don't see what the issue
could be. Not sure what I'm doing wrong as I've been successful in the past.

 

To open the NAT in Destiny you only need to forward port 1200.

I know that because I have a router with decent UPnP and I can view the ports that get opened with each game. Destiny always opens UDP port 1200.

That help page on the bungie website if full of misinformation. It's totally wrong about the playstation nat system so I have no confidence in it's xbox one instructions either.
