Xbox one connection slow

i tested the wired connection on my laptop on speedtest.net i get 60mbps Down and i put the cat5 cable on the xbox one and do the networking test and get 24Mbps

i think they are regulating our bandwidth on there end i check it cause i lag so bad plaing COD AW im sick.

i got Xbox one advance warfare bundle because i played it on xbox 360 since it came out in november i love this game i life for this game im a COD jumkie

i can play it on xbox 360 very well and can play with friends im so sad im spent so much time if i was to bill a vlient for this work it would be $25 X 100 hours

$2,500 i lost wasting time on the xbox one

I was Having the Same issue, So i called my ISP and i mad them Check they told me it was Fine and i need to check my Router so i Changed my router to a better one and That problem Fixed. My Xbox is Always Wired Connection btw.

 

The reduced speed could be because you now have multiple consoles on the network. Either way, 24Mbps down is easily enough to play a multiplayer game, so it would be more about your NAT (how easily you connect to others, which would now also be affected
by having multiple consoles) and ping (distance to server) than the actual download speed.

 

im checking ping, then i will trace route the ping -t www.xbox.com monitoring it to see if there is a change got 11ms, 27ms, 326ms,3700ms, 11ms.then tracert -d got 11 hops with lag 3000ms, request timeout, 53ms, 11ms,
11ms, 10ms,9ms,38ms,86ms,85ms. i ping my cable company and its all 11ms to 13ms monitoring for 10 minutes.

Kindly speaking there is alot of issues that will take the techs time to fix so i will play on my XB360 till its all good on xbox one.
