    Xbox One connection problems only in multiplayer


    I upgraded and went for new Elite Xbox One after send special edition Advance Warfare with bottle necking issue which they will not fix

    I gave had an Xbox One Elite from launch havent any of the problems from the other console

    Suddenly now I am having issue only playing multiplayer matches were I have good connection test on multiple different speed test online with Xbox One internet explorer multiple computers Ps4 all test 84 dl 80 upl with latency never showing over 15ms consistently

    Xbox One multiplayer test shows different test not consistent shows 75 dl 1.0 upl and latency test stays consistent 42 ms

    Only during multipler match after doing multiplayer test several times 42ms but latency is at over a 100 ingame and is staying consistent why would I be connecting to a server so far away and not local servers in LA

    Strict NAT type, which I think causes a whole bunch of other problems or vice versa. Can't think of any other solutions to fix it

    Teredo IP is for IPv6 over IPv4 and your router is having a problems with IPv6 or won't open Port 3544(UDP/TCP).

    Hey there efrain,

    Sorry to hear you are running into these problems. Now is this the only game that this is happening to? I would advise going to

    Test Network Connection     to see if there is any error messages that you can go Troubleshoot. If there is no error messages there

    Test Multiplayer Connection     and do the same.

    Give it a shot and let us know if there is any changes.

    Same problem here since Sunday, only on the 360 and only for online multiplayer, I can connect to live ok and play single player, we have been trying as a group for several days now and nothing works.

    We've all rebooted, reset, made sure ports open and everyone's connection is ok its the online MP where there is a problem.

    Xbox one has no problems
