XBox One Connection Problems and error code 0X807a1007

I've got this problem too! Can't belive I've wasted so much money on something that should work! Seriously considering swapping it for a PS4! Just want this problem to be fixed!!

Sorry for the late reply to your post and can i confirm that you still require assistance with the problems that you are having with:

1. 0x807a1007 - This may mean that the Internet connection between your Xbox console and the other party members is failing. This is usually caused by a connectivity issue between you and the host. Occasionally, it indicates a
   conflict in the NAT type used by you and the host.
2. 0x807a1011 - There is not topic in relation to this error code, sorry about that. (Can you confirm
   0x807a1011 is the correct error code you are receiving from your Xbox One console?)
   

For error code 0x807a1007 there are two solutions that you can try.

Solution 1: Try to join the part again

This error can be caused by temporary network issues, so just trying to join party again will often work.

Solution 2: Try the network troubleshooting wizard

To troubleshoot, you and the others trying to join the party should try the

Xbox One Multiplayer Game Solution.

Please try this solutions and see if they help you getting back to normal, if not please do post back here.

This is getting pathetic. It's one thing for the voice chat to NOT WORK. It's something else for it to stop working in the middle of a conversation that's been going on for more than 30 minutes.

I'm getting the same useless hex code error message and let's see, here's the run down of things I've tried with limited to no success.

First Off My Setup:

Day One Edition Xbox 1

2 Controllers (both with updated firmware, 4/7/2014)

Xbox One packaged headset

Turtle Beach X11

1) Firmware update of controller (again)

Party Chat does one of a few things.

a) Does not detect any voice input from either of my headset devices.

b) Joins a party the craps out after some time

c) Fails to setup party chat with one of the hex code errors.

2) Xbox turn Off --> Yes and start-up

a) usually does nothing to improve things

3) Unplug Xbox and power back up.

a) Rare occasion I will be able to join chat

b) Same problems as before.

I've spent the last 8 years with no voice chat problems with any of my Xbox 360's (3 of them)

I know it's no my router/firewall otherwise it would consistently NOT work

Lastly,

I don't know why I'm venting here. No one from Microsoft reads these forums and expect us to help each other out but that's difficult since we don't have any control over any ports of the system.

Hey to fix the issue you are having you are going to open your NAT to do this you will need to DMZ or port forward the correct ports on you Xbox.
