Xbox One connection problem

Discus and support Xbox One connection problem in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; My Xbox One states it is wired to the Internet but I only use wifi.     Xbox One connection problem


    My Xbox One states it is wired to the Internet but I only use wifi. There are no plugs connected except the HDMI and power cable. How can I fix this or do I need to get a new one?

    my xbox one is connected to the router and wifi, but when i test my multiplayer connection it tells me my network isnt set up. Bit is connecting to my wifi properly

    Try to power-cycle your console. Hope it helps. If not turn also your router off for 20 secs and than switch it back on.

    Hello!

    I would try two things to start to see if it helps. Disconnect your Xbox from power for 30 seconds, then power it back on. Reboot your networking equipment such as modem, routers, etc.

    Try removing your profile from the xbox one and performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 10 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug
    the power cord back in and restart the console. Once it is back up and operational reload your profile and try logging in to live. Let us know. Good Luck!!
