    Xbox one connection/multiplayer issue


    Ok so i was on my Xbox one on Sunday and I stayed up watching Netflix until about 11 pm.i got home from school the next day and I couldn't connect to Xbox live and my connection was working on my phone and every other electronic device my family had. So
    here's the catch I did the hold power button for ten seconds thing and It didn't work so the next I did the same thing but unplugged everything for three minutes and again I couldn't connect so on Tuesday I was able to sign in but then the pictures on my home
    screen applications wouldn't load up so I did it all over again and It didn't work so then I thought I have a decent connection why not just plug in an Ethernet cable and once again I could sign in but nothing would load oh and my friends list doesn't load
    up either so I would really like to know if there is a known way to fix this thanks for any help in advance

    Multiplayer connection issue

    Honestly never had this issue myself, and I know almost nothing about networking. But I can suggest you reset your router and modem if you can. If that doesn't work well I don't have more advice.
