Xbox one connection issues

I recently installed a fiber router in my home (always used adsl) i plugged in my xbox one into the new fiber router via ethernet cable, it worked perfectly for 3 days.

It then started to drop the signal and kicking me off xbox live. I connect via wifi but it keeps kicking me off xbox live and saying i have no internet connection altho my netflix app on the xbox works perfectly and i can watch any thing without problems(which
tells me in my mind that there is an internet connection). I then noticed when i unplug the ethernet cable from my xbox, the xbox says its wired and when i plug the cable back in, it jumps between wired and unwired. I cant take the ethernet cable out and use
wifi because it says im wired and need to unplug the cable to connect to wifi.

I have tried hard resetting both xbox and router(10 min unplugged each). Tried alt mac address tried different ports on the router (all ports fuction 100%). I tried 4 different ethernet cables, all working fine.

Im scared to try the resetting to factory settings because i see other ppl did it and couldnt get an internet connection, leaving the xbox useless.

First console is about a few feet away. Second console is approx. 15 feet. When I use second console the first isn't being used.

You have 2 xbox ones on the same network ?....if yes , what kind of modem and router are you using?

Please try doing a system cache reset. Hold the powerbutton for about 15 seconds and keep it holding even when the one turns off. Wait for the power supply to change the color to orange and then restart the console.

It's best to use modems which are provided by your ISP rather than get your own. My house has Vodafone NZ, High Speed Cable Internet which does 100mb/s down and 10mb/s up. Sometimes Microsoft servers can be really unfriendly to connect to maybe because of
your ping size (I'm not American). Our ISP had a technician come over to get us set up and they supplied us with good modems. Microsoft servers are not perfect and we can even put the blame on them. Even the host lags when playing Minecraft on Xbox 360 several
of my friends said it, I've experienced it too, one of them said it could be a server issue.

Does the NAT on COD:AW also show as OPEN or does it show as MODERATE or STRICT
