Xbox One Connection issues with Parties etc

Hello, starting a week and a half ago my system's reliability has gone down. I own an Xbox One S on the Preview Ring 3, however i believe i am running the current public update implementation. Starting as on a couple days ago, it got much much worse. When
i go to start a party, nothing happens, but if i patiently sit in the menu, after around 30 seconds it will connect me to a party by my self, however, it is rare for anyone else to be able to join. The same thing happens when accepting other's invites, but
it is a game of roulette whether i am disconnected or not. When i go to connection settings, it claims my NAT is Open.

I have 2 Xbox One's operating on the same network, both wirelessly. I had not experienced issues like this prior. I have tried restarting my console (which makes it worse), port forwarding, restarting the router, etc. I am not near any solution. Even with the
other console turned off this happens, and vice versa. The weirdest thing, is that the console will report an upload speed of 0.00, when asked for detailed network statistics, even when i'm in a party (at rare times connected).

I cannot think of anything on my end that is causing these issues, other than being in the preview program (something i do not wish to leave).

Hi there! NAT doesn't allllways show up in those connection test. Are you having any issues with joining parties at all? If parties are fine and you're just having the general connection issues, please try this: Xbox

Coned NAT

Ever since I got an Xbox One I have been experiencing connection issues with regards to disconnecting from games and parties. It is saying that my connection is behind a coned NAT and I have tried all of the possible solutions on the connection wizard but
with no luck.

Router/modem- Virgin Super hub 2

Wireless connection

Single Xbox One assigned to connection.

I'm sorry to see any party issues! There was an issue over the weekend that was causing this, however we believe it to be resolved.

You are correct in that Ring 3 is currently on the same release as the rest of the users. If you are still not resolved, we'll work together to see what needs to be done. To help with that, I'll need your detailed network statistics. You can get those by
going to Settings > All settings > Network > Network settings > Detailed network statistics. That'll give me enough information to start diving into this.
