Xbox One Connection issue

I have an issue with my Xbox One disconnecting then reconnecting to the internet at random for seemingly no reason. My computer does not disconnect nor does my phone or anyone else on the network. It may be a coincidence but it does not happen to my brother
whenever he plays (On the same console). At times it comes to whenever I load into a game of say, Titanfall 2, I will be able to get a kill or two before getting disconnected for just long enough to kick me out of the game and then reconnect while in the multi-player
screen. At this point it is almost impossible to finish a game of anything. Even today, I was playing a game of Speedrunners when I was disconnected, then reconnected, then I re-invited my friends and as soon as the game started it happened gain.

Please Help!

Xbox One has compatibility issues with UK TV signals

Tivo connected via Xbox One and an amp and no issues that I can see

Hi WhOdOuTrUsTmE,

Sorry to hear about your issue. In this case I think your should try a power cycle. You can do this by:

- Holding the consoles power button until the console turns off. (This should be around 10 seconds)

- After the console is off turn the console back on.

If you are still having issues you should contact Official Xbox Support at support.xbox.com/contactus as you may have a possible hardware issue.

That doesn't sound right, try and delete your profile from your console and re download it, in my experience this normally fixes it, if not come back to me and well try a few other troubleshooting methods.

First console is about a few feet away. Second console is approx. 15 feet. When I use second console the first isn't being used.

You have 2 xbox ones on the same network ?....if yes , what kind of modem and router are you using?

Please try doing a system cache reset. Hold the powerbutton for about 15 seconds and keep it holding even when the one turns off. Wait for the power supply to change the color to orange and then restart the console.

It's best to use modems which are provided by your ISP rather than get your own. My house has Vodafone NZ, High Speed Cable Internet which does 100mb/s down and 10mb/s up. Sometimes Microsoft servers can be really unfriendly to connect to maybe because of
your ping size (I'm not American). Our ISP had a technician come over to get us set up and they supplied us with good modems. Microsoft servers are not perfect and we can even put the blame on them. Even the host lags when playing Minecraft on Xbox 360 several
of my friends said it, I've experienced it too, one of them said it could be a server issue.

Does the NAT on COD:AW also show as OPEN or does it show as MODERATE or STRICT
