Xbox ONE connection Issue with Xbox Live

Hello, for some reason that I can not figure out my console will not connect or will say you are not connected to Xbox Live. Which is interesting because I go to my Networking in settings.

• - Signed out and then back in. "Nothing"
• - Gone "Offline". then back. "Nothing"
• - Disconnected my wireless network then reconnected. "Nothing"
• - Tested the Network Connection and it says its good and connected. "Nothing"
  
• - Tested the Multiplayer Connection, good and connected. "Nothing"
• - Restarted my modem, twice. still "Nothing"
• - I even have it set to open

And yet when I go to play any game, Warframe, Destiny, Halo: MCC, Assassins Creed: BF and Unity. all of them say not connected to xbox live. and yet I go on my Xbox 360 and I can play any and all games just fine. I am in the Home screen to the xbox one and
I can access the store and everything, but it wont let me play any online games.

Honestly this console has been nothing but a disappointment since I got it, which is sad because I have always loved the Xbox's consoles even from the very first one. And its pointless to even have Gold when you can't use it.

Xbox Live Connection Error

I tried to log in to my Xbox Live profile, and it said I couldn't connect to Xbox Live. Under the message it said the numbers "80151909"

It's been like this for about a week. Anyone know how to resolve this issue?

P.S. I've tried connecting to one of my accounts that doesn't have Xbox Live Gold, and that didn't let me log in either.

 

Xbox One has compatibility issues with UK TV signals

Tivo connected via Xbox One and an amp and no issues that I can see
