XBox One connecting to TCL TV

My Xbox One and Kinect will not sync up with my TCL TV to control the "Xbox On" and "Xbox Turn off" feature. It does not find the proper model number to correctly sync. The only thing I found that comes close is a Vizio model but it only control the volume
on my TV and still does not turn the TV on or off. Is there a way to find the correct model number so my voice commands with the kinect will turn the TV on and off as well?

I can't seem to get my tcl Roku TV hooked up to my xobox one for the second time

I have a tcl tv and I cant get it to pair with my xbox 1 any advice?

 

I have the same problem. It looks like there aren't any remote codes yet for the TCL Roku TV's. They use a special Roku remote that has an ON - OFF button unlike normal Roku remotes.

Hopefully we will get an update soon that includes a new remote code for these.

I have a 55FS4610R and all of the codes that the XBOX has for TCL do not work.

 

Was anyone able to correct this? Having the same problem over here too

 

I have the 40in version and it says the code is T2434. Although, the volume and on/off commands still do not work.

I picked Vizeo as thr maker of it and went through the steps where it tries different codes, it worked on about the 8th or 10th vzeo code

Works for volume and power on/off

They are correct i just set it up as a vizeo tv and it took around the 8th time for the xbox to mute my tv and it worked everything is working correctly.Now when i use my voice to cut off and on the xbox it also turns the tv on and off. My model is a tcl

Yes, T0885 works. My problem was that i had put the privacy thing covering the Xbox symbol on my kinect and once I took it off, volume and muting worked.
