Xbox One connecting to online services

Hello Support!

Thanks for reading my cry for help. Since the general crash of xbox yesterday (30 jan 2019) my Fifa 19 and Fortnite won't connect their online services, offline Fifa does work. but Fortnite won't log in at all so neither on- or offline can be played.

Rocket league does work online and multiplayer, hense me sending this because it isn't a problem with my connection or xbox live

(in case this had to be in dutch: sorry)

nee, je progress word in de cloud opgeslagen.

Je kan dus in principe gewoon weer verder gaan met waar je gebleven was.

Helaas heeft dit ook niets geholpen, zowel fifa als fortnite verwijderd en opnieuw geïnstalleerd en dezelfde problemen blijven...

Have you tried to remove and reinstall the game on the console ?

Heb je al geprobeerd om het spel te verwijderen en opnieuw te installeren ?

did the updates, did the power cycle over 5 times.. none works. and purchasing content is not part of the issue im currently facing, thanks for thinking along!
