Xbox one connecting problems

So yesterday I was having problems with xbox live on xbox one, and later that night I couldn't sign back in at all and I got to checking in to it and someone or Microsoft changed my password on me. So I reset my password and it worked fine. So this morning
I when ahead and changed my email and password again for my xbox account on the pc and I can't get my x1 to let me sign in it is getting stuck at the loading spin wheel so I bootup my xbox 360 and it let me sign right in with my new email and password is there
some kind of problem with xbox live on the xbox one would that be the reason that I can sign in on the x1? Because the other accounts on my x1 sign in just fine.

Try removing your profile from the xbox one and performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 10 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug
the power cord back in and restart the console. Once it is back up and operational reload your profile and try logging in to live. Let us know. Good Luck!!

This is a connection problem, try to connect Xbox One with the cable and see if the problem persists

Try to power-cycle your console. Hope it helps. If not turn also your router off for 20 secs and than switch it back on.

Hello!

I would try two things to start to see if it helps. Disconnect your Xbox from power for 30 seconds, then power it back on. Reboot your networking equipment such as modem, routers, etc.
