Xbox One connected to internet, but not showing pins or marketplace

Well I lost count of how often I had to factory reset my xbox one by now it feels like I have to almost on a daily basis.

Once I'm less busy I'll try to get a replacement unit.

 

Microsoft are really a bunch of [Mod Removed], can't seem to get this working at all and if it doesn't work permanently then I guess that's 500 quid gone out the window.

 

Since there was an update for Xbox about 2 weeks ago it fixed for me and was fine but today it happened again and won't fix, really hope it doesn't stay broken.

 

After doing boombaa's suggestions (I think it was the clearing of the alt Mac) I rebooted and the pins were immediately there unlike every other boot for the past months. They were delayed by 10 minutes in many cases.

ok so here's my story. I started troubleshooting because I couldn't play h2h in mut. They told me to try and use a hard line so I tried. Now not only can I not play madden, but now I can't even log into Xbox live. I've tried resetting the cache and the Mac.
With a hard reset, disconnecting my internet, everything i have seen in this forum. I so frustrated but even more I'm disappointed.

I have done what everyone said and the bloody Xbox still isn't working! Please someone help

 

I've tried clearing my alternate MAC address and clearing my cashe but still nothing...I've un-plugged my console and still nothing...It just doesn't make sense, if anyone can help it would be much appreciated.
