Xbox one connected to Internet but not live

So my xbox one has been playing fine for as long as I can remember. Yesterday though it randomly kicked me offline and said that I needed to connect back to Xbox live...well it won't let me. I've run the network test and it says I have Internet, however
the multiplayer test says they weren't able to complete running the tests at the time? I'm just curious as to why all the sudden I can't connect to Xbox live but can to the Internet? Also other devices in my house have been/ are still connected because I've
never had problems with that. So I don't think it's my internet currently because I've also unplugged and plugged everything back in multiple times. Any suggestions or fixes would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!!

Xbox One connected to internet but not connected to live?!

Managed to fix it without it involving my modem/router:

Remove profile under 'Accounts' in settings.

Go 'Disc and Blu Ray'>'Blu Ray'>'Persistent Storage'>'Clear Persistent Storage'

Disconnect wireless under 'network settings' (if applicable)

Go offline and power cycle your console

Turn it back on, go online again and retrieve your profile.

Success.

Xbox One connected to internet but not connected to live?!

The only way I know to tell if its your xbox or you router is to either take the xbox somewhere else to test it (friend or family member's house) or to get a different modem to test with , lots and LOTS of connection issues lately and at least 90% are router
related , if you cant bridge it to check , I'm not sure what else you can do

If the above suggestion doesn't work try removing your profile from the console and the perform a hard reset EXACTLY like this Hold the power button on the console for 10 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the
back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console. Once it is back up and operational reload the profile and try logging into live. Let us know. Good Luck!

I've tried both above suggestions with no luck to either sadly. I've also tried deleting my account off the Xbox and reloading and no luck with that either. Not too sure what to try next.

I have the same problem, sometimes I can connect for a few seconds but suddenly Xbox live kick me out again.

If you are using a gateway from your isp , they may have pushed a firmware update without you knowing...

if your wired ,try wireless , or visa versa...

I have the digital version, the game won't load without an Internet connection when I turn on my Xbox one but if I turn on the Xbox one with an Internet connection it loads and if I unplug the Internet from the Xbox one after I'm signed into Xbox live it
also loads, I tried redownloading but it's the same result, all my other games work offline and there's nothing on the devs official sites or anywhere on the internet about this game needing Internet to play, and there is no message when the game won't load
telling me I must have an Internet connection or connect to Xbox live, I hope this issue will be patched

When I test Xbox Live Connection I get an error saying that I have an Internet Error and my wifi can't connect to the internet but my wifi is connecting to my pc internet, but when I just sign back in I automatically connect to Xbox Live. When I play games
that do not require Xbox Live my Xbox Live never disconnects, this only happens when I play online games that require Xbox Live. I had one corrupt file but it was in games and apps, it was an incomplete download.

Fallout 76 will use the same internet connection as any other Xbox One online multiplayer game and the same internet connection that your console has. You will need an active Xbox Live Gold subscription too. So you simply need to make sure your console
is connected to the internet and Xbox Live, and then launch the game, and you'll be good to go.

I am having a problem my xbox 360 was connecting to the internet but no xbox live content. so I did gemertag recovery now xbox 360 is working perfect but my xbox one is now connecting to the internet but no xbox live content and there is no option to recover
gamertag at this stage on xbox one so now I am stuck.
