Xbox one connected to internet but no xbox live? Xbox 360 running fine.

Xbox one connected to internet but no xbox live? Xbox 360 running fine. It is now 3 weeks with no xbox live but I can see my friend online just mine is not working. Tested xbox 360 working 100% only xbox one on the same network using wifi on both consoles.
If I start game download on xbox 360 for xbox one xbox one downloads the game but no xbox live? Plz need help rebooted xbox one rebooted my modem after reboot of xbox one it worked until I switched it of and on again same problem now again so xbox must get
a solution to this because its not my equipment its something to do with xbox live.

Can't connect to Xbox live on 360.

For some reason I can't connect to Xbox live on my Xbox 360, I keep getting error code 80151901. I've tested my connection on my 360 and it say's all up and running fine. I've tested my connection using speedtest.net and my connection is working perfectly
fine. I'm connected to the internet on my phone and computers in my house and my XBOX ONE is even connected to Xbox live.

So why can I connect to the internet on every other device in my house including my Xbox one, but my 360 won't connect? I've reset my router and modern three times, anyone help please?

It says there are no issues with Xbox service online but on my Xbox 360 it's connected to internet but won't connect to services. I just switched on and updated and now no connection. My Xbox one is working fine. Please help

 

This is generally an easy fix. Please try logging out of your profile and logging back in. Once that is done test to see if it is working. Let us know how it goes. Good Luck!

 

It does not work so now I rebooted xbox but now I can not go any further because it says internet fine needs update when it updates want to start says problem. Check internet then I check internet fine but now it is not working at all

 

Power cycle your console by holding the Power Button on front of your console for 10 seconds. Unplug the Power supply for 10 seconds before you plug it back.

You may also want to delete your account and redownload your account from Live

 

I would have to agree with the second solution provided by taidara for it solves the issue in 90% of the cases. Follow these steps:

a)To remove the account from xbox live console:

Scroll left on the Home screen to open the guide.

Select Settings.

Select All Settings.

Under "Account," select Remove accounts.

Select the account that you want to remove.

Select Remove to confirm.

When you're finished, select Close.

b)To download your Xbox profile to the Xbox One console:

Scroll left on the Home screen to open the guide.

Scroll down, and then select Add & manage.

Select Add new.

Enter the email address for the Microsoft account that's associated with your Xbox profile, and then select Enter.

Enter the password for your Microsoft account, and then select Enter.

Read the Microsoft Service Agreement and Privacy Statement, and then select I Accept.

Follow the steps to configure your Sign-In & Security preferences and download your Xbox profile to your Xbox One console.

These are all the same solutions that users have already tried before resorting drudging through the forums. Please give helpful solutions instead of the cookie cutter answers that everyone already knows.

I have the same issue BTW. Still have not found a solution yet.

 

Suicide in the forums gamers suggest solutions in order to help the OP to resolve the issue. If you are experiencing problems with the service open a new post and try to be as detailed as possible so others can help you better.

 

I did fix it myself all I did was. On my iphone made a personal hot spot then I let my xbox one connect to my iphones hot spot then it connected perfect only a stricked nat. Then with out switching of my xbox I went and connected it to my home wireless
and sins then its up and running I was the hole Saturday busy with it. This was so easy al thou it took me a lot of time on the phone with consultants and emails resetting routers reboot xbox non of that has worked. Only thing I can think there Is a glitch
in xbox one. Also when this happened there was 2 mac addresses at the same time connected showing xbox one 2 mac addresses connected to wifi. So in future if somebody is having a problem try this solution it worked for me. or it can be there is back ground
uodates that does not finish then it blocks the xbox. Because the only thing it asked me the hole time was for a update when I started it up. Other problem was you can not change your ip manually if this happened.
