    Xbox one connected to internet but can not play games online


    I have had this problem for about a month now. My xbox one is connected to my internet fine and whenever I do the network connection, and multiplayer connection tests it says everything is good. My Nat type is open but whenever I go to play a game on xbox
    live it will say something like you need an active network connection to play xbox live matches. Someone please help me

    Is Xbox Live down in Ontario Canada??

    I'm unable to connect to Xbox Live in Ontario Canada so unable to play any online games. Xbox One is connected to the internet as we can watch Netflix.

    Internet problems

    my Xbox is connected to the internet but won’t recognize the internet when online. It says it’s connected but when I try to play a game it says theres a connection problem. My other Xbox works perfectly fine on the internet so it’s not the WiFi that doesn’t
    work, any ideas people?

    Please first try to do a system cache reset. Hold the powerbutton for about 15 seconds and keep it holding even when the one turns off after some seconds. Wait for the power supply to change the color to orange and then restart the console.

    If this does not fix your issue feel free to come back for further assistance.

    Can connect to internet but not Xbox Live?

    I can connect to the Internet on my Xbox one but when I try to play games online, it says "no network connection detected. You must have an active network connection to play games online." So frustrating because I want to play day zero of cod advanced warfare.
