    Xbox One connect/disconnect repeatedly


    What Country/State/Province do you live in? USA/Florida

    Router brand & model number: **** DG 1670A

    How many Xbox 360 and Xbox One consoles are connected to this router?: 2 Xbox Ones

    Wired or Wireless (for each console): Both

    Things you have tried: Wired/wireless, plugging into different ports, powering down router/xbox, unplugging both.

    Is UPnP Enabled? Yes/No/Unknown: Yes

    Do you have a NAT error? If so, what is your NAT type?: Open, moderate, getting info...

    Any Error Codes you encounter: None

    Who is your ISP? (Internet Service Provider): Brighthouse

    Everything disconnects from xbox.

    Any controller I connect to my Xbox one (rock band guitars, drums, xbox one controllers, ) repeatedly disconnects from my xbox. I can't play a single game due to this. Xbox One connect/disconnect repeatedly :( helppppp.

    Xbox one controller repeatedly disconnects

    my controller keeps disconnecting and shutting off.. Then I can turn it back on for a while and it will do it when later. This does not happen with any other remote we use and it gets charged daily. The chargers work for the other 3 remotes just fine

    That router dosent really support multiple consoles , they will be fighting over ports and the router wont know where to send the traffic , you could try giving them static ip's but I doubt you will have any luck...

    It was working pretty good for the last year or so. I might have fixed it. I disabled uPnP and powered down the xbox, reset the router, enabled uPnP again, reset again and it seems to be fine for now. But thanks for the reply!

    The main issue with 2 xbox ones would be try to get open nat on both so you could play MP games ...

    My Xbox keeps Disconnecting

    Are there any other issues you having with your internet? If you Xbox is repeatedly disconnecting, it might be because your network connection is having intermittent problems going off and on. Many people put stress on their network by having multiple devices
    connected at once, so try just having the Xbox on when you are testing your connection (disconnect computer, smart phone, etc from wireless).

    Sorry to hear about the disconnection troubles! To start things off, can you clarify what type of network hardware you're connecting to? Not having access to your router settings can definitely cause some trouble when trying to clear up the disconnection issues.
    Have you reached out to your ISP for assistance accessing your settings?
