Xbox One & Component YPbPr problem

Since it's purchase on 04-2016 the Xbox One 1tb Divison edition has worked flawlessly 100% with my HDMI to YPbPr converter to the T.V.

As of Sunday 08-08-2016 is a 50% chance to play a Blu-Ray movie and 0% chance to play a normal DvD movie

The Xbox One acts as if it is seeking the correct Picture Size and Refresh Rate once the Blu-Ray/DvD is inserted and it fails

Yes I have checked the T.V. and HDMI converter with another Blu-Ray player and they work 100% with both movie formats

I did a 'light' Reset (reverts to Factory and then installs the newest updates again) with the Xbox One (kept the Apps and Games) and uninstalled/re-installed the Blu-Ray App -- no improvement

I attached an HDMI capable T.V. and the Xbox One worked fine in both formats

How do I get the XBOX One to function with the HDMI-YPbPr again???

Since this isn't an official accessory to the console we can't officially support it. The only supported method of connecting the Xbox One console to the TV would be via HDMI cable.

You'd want to reach out to the manufacturer of the device for any steps to troubleshoot as we wouldn't have any real steps unfortunately. You could try this guide

here, but aside from that. We wouldn't have any other steps we can offer.
