Xbox One communication problems

I try to send messages and I can't. I also can't hear anybody talk. Am I suspended from communicating?

I can't talk after suspension has been lifted. Xbox one.

I have heard of some XBL members with communications bans not getting the ban removed for whatever reason because of problems with the Xbox One. Eventually a mod will see your post and help you get your communication back.

Xbox communication problems

Hey, i got an XB1 since 2 years, and 3days ago, i could not communicate with any of my friend or people in game chat. I can send messages but when i am in a party or in a game and i speak using my mic people cant hear me, i tested my mic and he is working.
I used 2 mic, One is not working but people hear like a big sound of scratching, and the second is working but people dont hear me, This mic is detected, the symbol of mic is here in game, but when i talk my voice is not detected.

Here some facts: I did not played for 1 month, and 1month ago everything was working, then a friend blocked me , and i stopped talking to anybody and i unplugged my xbox, 1 month later i turned it on, and then my friend unblocked me and i joined his party,
and no one was hearing me, from this moment no one never heard me again( in any party or in game)

Please i hope you have a solution for me, Thanks a lot

Hello,

You need to change your communication settings on the console.

Settings > Privacy & online safety > Custom > scroll to the right > Communicate with voice and text - set to Everybody or Friends.

If it's been set that way, did you get any message prompt or error when you tried to send any message?

Yesterday I sent a message but it said I couldn't because I was banned from communicating. I just tried to message someone and it worked. Maybe I was banned for a week or something.

So you don't get it so it must be my end? Ok then why is TA, Reddit, GAF etc full of threads about this happening? Does everybody posting about it have crap internet? I'm on 200meg fibre, my nat is open and this happens all the time, not to mention all my
notifications barely function with this new dash, is that my ISP's fault too?

It has nothing to do with ISP or router, it's just a terrible dashboard. If the home page loads empty with pins missing etc hold LT + RT and press Y to manually refresh it, in most cases that will fix it.

2 ) If it was that kind of problem, how come all of a sudden it worked and then disappeared and everything?

3 ) Why putting the XBOX 360 not no problem?

The controls of my ADSL line has been made and it works . My ADSL only works with the XBOX 360. Here we talk with XBOX ONE at the end on the functions of a HOME PAGE . And I emphasize once again if it is not clear. This is about a new generation . That since
the last update from problems .
