    Xbox one communication band


    I have been banned from all communications for 3 weeks I am wondering how this could happen when I only party up with friends who wouldn't report me, I am under the assumption that I have been reported falsely for poor internet connection or angry
    losing opponents (lol) is there any way I could find out why and possibly get my ban lifted?

    You can try submitting a case review at
    http://enforcement.xbox.com     but it doesn't matter how a situation starts. If you respond in a way that violates the code of conduct you can be punished. In situations like that, it's best to report the other player and block communications with them instead
    of responding.

    i need help because I've been communication band and multiplayer band for no reason with no email

    I have been communication band and multiplayer band for new reason I never received an email or a message from Xbox about this and I have done nothing wrong to receive a band and if I were to be communication band I would not be able to speak and party
    all game chat but be allowed to play multiplayer games but I can't even play multiplayer games

    To get information regarding the suspension ("mute") I would recommend you to contact the Enforcement Team (enforcement.Xbox.com) They will be able to assist you with this matter.

    They never reverse a ban or suspension as all complaints are researched. People reporting you falsely will not get you suspended or banned.

    Sorry for the troubles you've had. We are separate from the Enforcement Team and can't speculate on specifics of suspensions. For more information on your specific suspension, go to and sign in at:
    enforcement.xbox.com You can also file for an appeal/case review to remove any unjust suspensions.

    What I can tell you is that the Code of Conduct is very straight forward as to what is allowed on Xbox Live. It doesn't matter who starts it, if anyone violates the code of conduct, they are subject to enforcement according to the Code of Conduct and Terms
    of Use set forth for Xbox Live.
