Xbox one communication ban

i got an email for an Xbox live communication ban for violating a rule when sending a message. It says I'm banned from using the communications portion of Xbox live but it doesn't say for how long. First ever violation in 10 plus years of having the same
account. So how do I find out how long the ban is. The enforcement page also doesn't give any info on how long the ban lasts. GT

Is one a communications ban and one an account ban? Or are they both communications bans?

got communication ban , then today i get online ban for harasment .... hows that possible with an active communication ban... i hate xbox worse system ever wouldnt reccomend it to any one after this scene.....

My AUTISTIC son has been banned for a second time on your live platform. He was playing politely with a "friend" when some bullies came in and ruined their fun and he had a meltdown. It's been a week as this is his second offense. First, when is it being
turned back on? Secondly, am I paying for this service when it's not in use? And lastly, what do you plan on doing to support those in your community that live with disabilities? I assure you he has no idea why his "friends" have all been taken away. You need
to change your policies and procedures. They don't work, especially for those being constantly bullied while on the Xbox live platform. I'm surprised since your company attempts such great PR in supporting those with disabilities.
