    Xbox One Communication Ban


    On 07/07/2016 I was banned from Communications and it is still in effect. Whom can I contact in order to get some answers as to when this ban will be lifted or speak with someone in regards to this?

    Is one a communications ban and one an account ban? Or are they both communications bans?

    banning issue

    got communication ban , then today i get online ban for harasment .... hows that possible with an active communication ban... i hate xbox worse system ever wouldnt reccomend it to any one after this scene.....

    Xbox One Communication Ban

    You will need to log in to the enforcement team website. enforcement.xbox.com/home You can find out there the reason for the ban and the date/time it is to expire. You can also submit a case
    review if the ban is eligible. Good Luck!

    Communication suspensions are imposed due to inappropriate conduct during communication activities on Xbox Live. This suspension blocks an account from accessing any communication features on Xbox Live, including text messages, voice messages, video communications,
    Skype on Xbox One, in-game chat, and party chat.

    You can file for a case review.Case Review is a tool that allows players who have received an enforcement action (for example, an account suspension or forced Gamertag change) to have their enforcement reviewed by a member of the Xbox Live Policy & Enforcement
    Team. Suspensions are never issued lightly, but Case Review allows Xbox Live members to interact directly with XBLPET and gain greater understanding of the enforcement and why action was taken.

    Also Xbox isnt the only one who has the "your account is your own responsibility" stance when it comes to these kind of things.

    They have the same thing on PSN and PC gaming as well.

    As stated previously it has nothing to do with being a loyal customer. Whether you have been an Xbox customer for 1 day or 10 years it doesnt make you or anyone else except from the rules. No one gets special treatment

    well it is not MS fault somebody else used the account. if you kept him from using it you would not have been suspended. but if you wanna leave that is fine but it has nothing to do with being a loyal customer or not.
