    Xbox One Communication Ban


    Hello I was just wondering if anybody could help me. There is no way to view the message I was recently banned for and I have not recently used any language that goes against xbox code of conduct. I understand a possible snowflake could've said they feel offended by what I said, but that's not cause for ban by the guidelines. This normally wouldn't be an issue, but they won't even allow me to appeal. Is there anywhere to go to directly see what my message may have contained? I wish to give feedback for what has happened, but I have nothing to reference for the ban itself. I have for others in the past, but my most recent has no option to do so.

    Is one a communications ban and one an account ban? Or are they both communications bans?

    Also Xbox isnt the only one who has the "your account is your own responsibility" stance when it comes to these kind of things.

    They have the same thing on PSN and PC gaming as well.

    As stated previously it has nothing to do with being a loyal customer. Whether you have been an Xbox customer for 1 day or 10 years it doesnt make you or anyone else except from the rules. No one gets special treatment

    well it is not MS fault somebody else used the account. if you kept him from using it you would not have been suspended. but if you wanna leave that is fine but it has nothing to do with being a loyal customer or not.
