Discus and support Xbox One Communication Ban.. in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I've recently been banned from communicating on Xbox one & I have no idea why as I've only spoke to my friends on there.     Xbox One Communication Ban..


    I've recently been banned from communicating on Xbox one & I have no idea why as I've only spoke to my friends on there. It said the message was sent at 23:06 yesterday which I was online yesterday and I didn't recieve any messages, as soon I turn my Xbox
    on this morning it appears & I cannot read the message therefore I have no idea how long this ban is ; which I want to know why and when I'm unbanned because it's ridiculous paying alot of money for my Xbox One/Live & I'm getting banned for no reason which
    is unacceptable because it's preventing me playing Fifa 15 Pro clubs..

    Is one a communications ban and one an account ban? Or are they both communications bans?

    banning issue

    got communication ban , then today i get online ban for harasment .... hows that possible with an active communication ban... i hate xbox worse system ever wouldnt reccomend it to any one after this scene.....

    You would need to go to
    http://enforcement.xbox.com     and you should see information regarding your suspension and you can submit a case review.

    I should been unbanned yesterday & on here it says I have, yet when I go on my xbox one I'm still banned. Why am I still banned when it should of ended?

    Also Xbox isnt the only one who has the "your account is your own responsibility" stance when it comes to these kind of things.

    They have the same thing on PSN and PC gaming as well.

    As stated previously it has nothing to do with being a loyal customer. Whether you have been an Xbox customer for 1 day or 10 years it doesnt make you or anyone else except from the rules. No one gets special treatment

    well it is not MS fault somebody else used the account. if you kept him from using it you would not have been suspended. but if you wanna leave that is fine but it has nothing to do with being a loyal customer or not.
