    I got banned in October and the ban ends in January. Long story short I cant have that, I need to submit a case review. I did at one point but the questions that were asked had nothing to do with my ban which is retarded. Like Why the Hell does a question
    about a 3rd party controller HAVE ANYTHING O DO WITH COMMUNICATION BLOCK AND MULTIPLAYER!!! I failed like 3 time and now the Case Review option is gone WHY THAT IS MY ONLY CHANCE TO GET UNBANNED THE LOUSY REAL AGENTS LITERALLY HAVE DONE NOTHING!!!!!

    Is one a communication suspension? If so than that won't block multiplayer games just communications

    Also only one appeal per suspension you would have to apply for the non appealed one

    Hi there,

    What does the privacy setting for multiplayer show on your console and not on Xbox.com?

    From the Xbox One open up your settings then Account>Privacy and online safety>Xbox Live privacy>View details & customize>Communication & multiplayer.

    Does it say it's blocked there too? If it's blocked on the console too, change it too allow and save the changes.

    Let us know what it shows on your console.

    Decide to allow or block joining Xbox Live multiplayer games on Xbox One.

    Thats one of the things to allow or block and Ive allowed it. and i still cant access online stuff. it did this a couple months ago.
