Xbox one coming out of games back to dash..

I have 4 games which all go back to dash due to I think memory issues with xbox one. Forza,cod,ryse.ki,I have been with xbox & xboxlive 8 yrs & am used to xbox probs, changed 5 xbox 360 s with the ring of death so know there are always issues. Been nightmare
so far as my first xbox one had blu ray player clicking noise so had to get microsoft to change, they gave me free game & replaced console in 4 days not before letting them hold onto £391 in case I didn't return console . I have done the turn of power save
& completely turned off at wall, But issue clears for couple hrs then keeps kicking me too dash.... I've spent over £500 on something that is starting to become a let down, The thing is when it does work it is good for gaming but prob is it is totally unreliable...
Wish I had waited few months to see which was more reliable... Ps4 or xbox one, P.s rip off I can't copy my music cd s to it nor play my music in games, Dash is better on. 360 ... I don't think microsoft has listened to its loyal games followers... Regards

Being kicked back to the dash in career in FIFA 14

Is there going to be a fix for the issue with being kicked back to the dash following the end of a career mode game? I have made sure that only one controller is connected and EA and Origin emails are the same.

EA site gives details of a fix coming soon which was posted on the 22 Jan saying it would be out soon?????

Any help please?

 

Yes it's annoying. I have been getting this as well and I use energy saver mode and often unplug the console at night.

When I try to load an app or game it often goes back to the home screen before the game is finished loading.

I've had it happening to Netflix, Internet Explorer and various disc and downloaded games.

It can sometimes take a couple of attempts to get the game or app loaded.

There is clearly a problem somewhere. It happens randomly on my friends console as well.

I think it is something that Microsoft could quite easily fix with a system update but don't know if or when microsoft will release an update to fix it.

with this error: Error code 0x8027025a when i try to relaunch the game

I had the same problem a few weeks ago, where I would get kicked back to the home screen. What I did that worked was, go to the home screen, then place you finger on the Xbox on button for 15 sec. until it shuts off and then unplug the console from the power
brick wait 20 sec. then plug it in and turn it back on.

 

i just play 3 hours in a row and the same thing happens

 

Dead Rising 3 crashes unless i unplug my console before playing

 

I contact microsoft support and the only way to resolve this issue is to put the console in english and location USA !!!

if you do that you will get less drop to the dashboard !!

 

Welcome to the XBox One. Nope they haven't listened to their customers at all. If they had then they would have never tried to push draconian DRM on them before removing it and putting a band aid on. If MS actually cared about those who wasted $500 on their
beta machine, they would address its many issues right now and offer their buyers something to make up for all the trouble they've caused.

 

Games crashing to dashboard is due to a ram / memory leak due to DRM reversal code not being completely removed. Just restart your console and make sure it's completely off ( hold power down on your console for 15 seconds ) and the ram should reset and you
should be able to play fine afterwards.

Microsoft can fix this with a update and I'm sure if Microsoft know about this problem it will be fixed some time.

yes i contact microsoft a lot of time about this issue.

FIrst Fix: put your console in english with USA as location

Second fix: press the start button at the same time of the power button keep it for 10-15 second.

xbox will restart or close then restart and it should work.

the first fix resolve all my problem

I am in the USA, my console is set to english, and I am still having this issue, along with my my games not saving. Im not happy, support seems to have no real solutions, just temporary fixes, or nothing at all. Im begginning to regret by my purchase.

 

while this can be a nuisance it will no doubt-ably be fixed in the next update, (it would be nice for some timelines, but that hardly ever happens), at the risk of sounding like "blind faith" lol but it is, I am sure M$ will address these concerns, they
have been learning from their mistakes over the past year and happy customers equals better business

 

MS have learned from nothing. i mean how do you make a games console (third attempt) and manage to make it worse every time.

having all the extras is cool and everything but if my games console can not play games i call that a huge failure.

XBOXs only saving grace is that the ps4 is a joke. i find myself going back to the 360 time again, simply because i physically can not play the games on my XBOXONE, try as i might. Sometimes i have to try over a dozen times to play one game. All because
it keep crashing and returning to the dashboard.

Hey Microsoft, do you think it would be okay if i play some games on my "games console".......any game will do......please.

This is just one of many things wrong with this console, but i haven't the time or the patience to list them all.
