Tenho um xbox one s e a imagem dele esta pixelada e fosca percebi q ta piorando cada vez mais,alguem sabe oque pode ser?

Imagem Perfil [Translation: Profile Image]

Estou tendo dificuldades de troca a imagem do perfil que aparece aqui no site do xbox. No Console está com a imagem de perfil e jogador certa, mas no site aparece uma imagem como se fossem doces flutuando. alguém sabe me dizer o porque?

Você já tentou trocar o cabo hdmi e testar em outro televisor? Se isso não resolver, provavelmente a saída do chip gráfico está danificada, neste caso você teria que levar o console até a assistência técnica autorizada para resolver.

Hey Kayan,

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Before pulling the trigger on any sort of repair, let's make sure this isn't software related by performing a

factory reset on your console.

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Settings.

Select All Settings.

Select System.

Select Console info & updates.

Select Reset console.

Make sure to select the option that allows you to keep your games and apps. Also, make sure you have your email and password as you will be asked to sign back in. Hope this helps! And of course, feel free to reach out if you need further assistance.
